This roadmap tracks what has been done, what’s in progress, and what’s planned. We aim to stay transparent and grow NuxtPro together with the community.

• Market research
  Observed competing template products on Twitter, performed competitor analysis and market research.
• Added Stripe to an existing personal product
  Prepared for global launch by integrating Stripe.
• Product planning
  Deep-dived into the Nuxt 3 stack and planned the template product.
• Tech selection
  Evaluated Nuxt 3, Stripe, Creem, Resend, Google Auth, i18n, PWA, etc. and chose the best approach.

2025/03

• Project bootstrap & development kickoff
  Created the Nuxt 3 project and started development.
• Temporary name
  Named the project NuxtTemplate initially.

  Integrated Stripe and completed web payment flow.
• Stripe Webhook callbacks
  Implemented custom Stripe Webhook handling for post-payment logic.

  Integrated Creem and completed web payment flow.

  Added i18n and multi-language routes (English, Chinese, Japanese).

  Built custom email templates with i18n and environment-aware sending.
• PWA
  Added zero-config PWA integration.
• Logto
  Replaced self-built Google Auth with Logto for streamlined OAuth.

  Integrated Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics.
• Prisma
  Implemented basic CRUD database operations.
• Core features
  Completed initial NuxtTemplate core features and landing page template.
• Product naming
  Officially named the product: NuxtPro.
• SEO foundation
  Implemented SEO optimization around NuxtPro.
• Admin system
  Built NuxtPro admin dashboard with basic CRUD.
